Gas cabinet oven ШЖЖ-1 is designed for frying semi-finished products from meat, fish, vegetables, baking small-sized flour products and baking curd dishes at public catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. The oven has three enameled baking sheets of 530x470x30 mm. The product has a smooth temperature control in the oven in the range of 100-280 C. Heating is carried out by a burner that evenly distributes heat in the volume of the oven. The product has a painted stand, side and back walls and an enameled oven. The cabinet has height-adjustable legs.
