A machine for separating cauliflower and broccoli into inflorescences

The machine is designed to cut stalks of cauliflower or broccoli. The device does not require calibration of raw materials - it is equipped with an automatic system for measuring its value. Depending on the type of raw material (broccoli or cauliflower), a set of knives should be replaced. The magnitude of the resulting inflorescences is regulated by the depth of input of the blade into the head. It is not necessary to sort the raw materials before feeding them into the device - the installed measuring system itself determines its value and selects the appropriate knife head.
