Rotary vane pump DVP LC.106

The DVP LC.106 vacuum pump is a classic rotary vane single-stage unit designed to produce vacuum in confined spaces. An efficient oil separator block is included in the circulating lubrication system of this pump, which maximally reduces the oil vapor content in the exhaust air and refines the oil by cooling it to operating temperature. This model is widely used in many fields, including packaging, degassing of resins and compounds, vacuum syringes, aspirators, thermoforming machines, clamps and grippers, and the production of composites and glass. The pump rotor is connected to the motor shaft by means of a flexible coupling. Such a connection well compensates for temperature expansion from heating of the electric motor, thereby increasing reliability and service life. DVP LC.106 pumps out air and non-aggressive gases with a speed from 0, 1 to 106 m3 / h to a total residual pressure of 0, 1 mbar (0.08 mm Hg). The required amount of oil is 2, 8 liters. A specially designed pump motor has a power of 2.2 kW, 1400 rpm. Noise level no more than 66 dB.
