The mini-cold table, developed by PRG specialists, is made of stainless steel. The worktop is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 8 mm to ensure uniform cooling of the batch of sweets and maximum heat dissipation. Side strips with a thickness of 20 mm pass along the entire perimeter of the table so that the candy mass does not cross the edges. The central movable bar can be adjusted up and down the table to provide a smaller cooling area, or allow you to create two smaller areas for cooling two parties at the same time. The worktop is water cooled and there are water inlets and outlets at both ends. Table dimensions are 1000mm x 500mm.
