KAMAZ seed drill loader

The ZSNB-40 seeder loader is designed to load seeds and loose inorganic fertilizers into domestic and imported seeders and fertilizer spreaders. The seed and fertilizer loader is mounted on the rear side of the car (dump truck) and is a device that is mounted by cutting a mounting hatch and drilling holes Ø 12 mm for mounting the base plate. The loading auger of the loader is in 2 positions: transport and working. In the transport position, the auger is folded along the discharge pipe, without changing the nominal dimensions of the car. The angle of inclination of the discharge pipe is regulated by a hydraulic cylinder from 90 degrees to 0 degrees relative to the ground. The loader is used in all agricultural zones of the country. The ZSNB-40 seeder loader consists of: A working lodgement with a screw and a chipper. An unloading pipe with a gearbox. A folding pipe with a screw. A hydraulic distributor. Seeds and fertilizers are loaded into the seeder by means of a gearbox and a chain drive driven in movement by hydraulic motor. The direction of pouring of the loaded mass is regulated by a sleeve mounted on the folding pipe of the loading auger. The loader is operated from the hydraulic system of the vehicle.
