The weight batcher is used to automatically dispense small piece products, such as sweets, nuts, dried fruits, pasta, dragees, etc. in prepared containers (boxes, bags or crates). On the frame is a dispenser, a vibratory tray and a weighing system. After starting the installation, the products enter the weight basket. When the volume approaches the predetermined weight, the flow stops and is filled with a narrower vibrating tray. After reaching the required weight, the contents are dumped into containers. For control, a programmable controller is designed, with which you can set the necessary parameters of the mechanisms. All settings and data are displayed on a small display.
