The main specificity of a longline furnace (modular furnace) is the ability of each tier to work independently. Steam temperature and time can be adjusted for each tier according to request. This provides convenience for baking various products on each tier. The oven is used for baking confectionery and other bakery products. It is used with one tier and you can add an additional tier (max. 4 tiers) if desired. This oven provides low power consumption.
