Water under a pressure of at least 0.2 MPa is supplied through an electromagnetic valve to the No. 1 deaeration column, where it flows down the plates and is freed from the gases dissolved in it. Deaerated water accumulates in the lower part of column No. 1. Pressure pump No. 21, under high pressure, delivers deaerated water to jet nozzles (ejectors), where water is saturated with CO2 for the first time. Through jet nozzles, water enters column 2. Water flowing down the columns passes through a system of hemispheres and plates, where CO2 is saturated a second time. Sparkling water accumulates at the bottom of the column and CO2 is supplied to the column from the bottom through the atomizer, thereby passing through the water column it is saturated for the third time. To date, this technological scheme for the preparation of a carbonated drink is the most advanced. Saturator CA2K allows you to get the maximum carbonation of the drink, and most importantly - stability in operation.
