The SEPAmatic separator is a belt separator capable of squeezing more and faster than other belt separators.
It has been developed especially for the separation of poultry and red meat, where the force needed to process these raw materials must be high. It can process raw meat from unwanted components – veins, cartilage, bones and skin. Can be used for deboning poultry, meat and fish.
Double bearings and an effective sealing solution, as well as the standard equipment with a feed sensor (the machine switches off if the feed stops – this is very important for the life of the belt) make SEPAmatic a reliable machine.
Product transporter and two drums 2mm/4mm included in set
Output max. 3.500 kg/h depending on product and perforated drum
