This vacuum flow cutter from Inotec is a very versatile cutter that is often used in the sausages and pet food industry. This microcutter cuts large quantities of product into a homogeneous mass at high speed, while also effectively mixing the ingredients. The settings can vary from coarse to fine emulsions. This cutter is equipped with a large lockable feed hopper with paddle mixing device and vacuum system. The product is automatically fed to the cutting device by means of the mixing arms and screw. This emulsifier is suitable for inline placement. The cutting set is easy to install and remove. Only slight wear takes place, so that the cutting set has a long service life. The temperature sensors ensure a constant product quality. The intuitive control panel allows for easy program entry.
