All stainless steel construction with inbuilt Busch 016M3/hr vacuum pump, pressed stainless steel chamber, clear view acrylic hood with gas strut for smooth lid opening, lid close lock when not in use, wireless connection to sealing bar 420mm long, power transfer to sealing bar by lift piston, optional slant plate with adjustable backstop for liquid or Sous-vide pouches, digital control system with Busch vacuum pump conditioning program, vacuum stop facility for liquid products.
