Ideal for potatoes carrots and other root veg.
The finis hydro cooling system comprises of twin stainless steel augers 700mm wide 10900mm long and 4100mm high, the IMA heat exchanger that sits above the augers, two stainless steel water tanks 1800mm by 1200mm and two pumps.
The system is capable of processing 2.5 tonnes per hour and it has a cooling range of 20 degrees to 5 degrees.
The line is no longer in situ but viewing is still welcome but we will not be able to run.
